As the General Manager of 360 Rooftop Bar, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our vibrant and dynamic venue. With stunning views and a lively atmosphere, our bar is a popular destination for both locals and visitors. Join our fast-paced hospitality team and lead operations while fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Marketing and Events: Manage marketing strategies and plan special events to attract guests.
Financial Oversight: Handle revenue management and cost control of goods.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop team members, promoting growth and a positive work environment.
Customer Service: Build strong relationships with customers to enhance their experience.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors to ensure quality supplies and services.
Requirements
Proven experience in a management role within a restaurant or bar setting.
