General Manager – Starting at $55k+ Bonus

Responsibilities
Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them.
Lead a team of Department Managers by setting goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching and direction.
Develop and manage Department and Shift Managers to build a strong team.
Qualifications
Previous General Manager experience running high volume quick-service restaurants.
Strong background in hospitality or retail is desirable.
Must be 18 years or older.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
