About the Role
A General Manager to oversee office operations, manage team objectives, and support customer relationship activities. This position focuses on maintaining effective processes and coordinating team engagement.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily business functions and ensure operational consistency.

Qualifications
Previous management or supervisory experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability.
Must be licensed with Florida 2-20 and 2-15 or equivalent.
State Farm experience minimum 3 years.
Compensation
$70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
