Responsibilities
Complete all training Development Plans
Leadership by example to all team members and managers
Provide excellent employment experience for team members and managers
Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service
Train and demonstrate company standards to all team members and managers
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Manage equipment and inform management of maintenance needs
Other work assigned
Capabilities Requirement
Demonstrate strong leadership, creating an environment of success
Manage all personnel on each shift, including cashiers and cooks
Inventory management: the management of food costs
Ensure completion of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks
Hire and schedule staff to provide a quality guest experience
Ensure accurate cash handling and store operations
Meet or exceed budgeted operating goals
Maintain product quality standards
