General Manager Lindora Clinic (Superior, CO)

Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
Oversee all aspects of the Lindora clinics daily operations
Manage clinic schedules, staffing, and workflow to ensure smooth, efficient service
Develop and manage budgets, monitor revenue and expenses
Drive clinic profitability while maintaining service excellence
Recruit, train, and lead a multidisciplinary team including health coaches, medical professionals, and support staff
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Customer Experience
Ensure every client receives exceptional, personalized service
Resolve issues promptly and maintain a welcoming, professional environment
Sales and Marketing
Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and local marketing initiatives
