We’re looking for a driven and resourceful General Manager to lead business operations, optimize team performance, and execute company vision. If you’re someone who blends big-picture thinking with boots-on-the-ground action, you’ll thrive in this leadership role.
Responsibilities
Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction, quality, and service delivery
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
Build and develop a high-performing team through hiring, training, and ongoing coaching
Track key performance indicators and adjust plans to meet business goals
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred: Holds a degree in Business, Management, or a related field
A strong grasp of budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting
Well-versed in using dashboards, KPIs, and workflow systems to manage day-to-day operations
Has experience managing teams and overseeing business operations
Compensation
$65,000 - $75,000 yearly
