Summary
The General Manager is the CEO of the store, responsible for driving desirability, topline performance, and delivering a luxury VIP client experience. This role leads hiring, coaching and development to build a high-performing team while overseeing merchandising, presentation, operations, inventory and P&L to achieve store KPIs.
Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional client experience using the 5 C's of Service Excellence: Create, Connect, Convert, Close, Continue.
Lead hiring, coaching, mentorship and succession planning to develop store talent and drive engagement.
Manage merchandising and presentation standards to reflect the brand and drive sales.
Oversee store operations, inventory management and asset protection to meet shrink and process targets.
Own P&L and key performance indicators including conversion, UPT, SPH, ADT and selling expense targets.
Requirements
Relevant retail management experience preferred with strong business acumen.
Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday and Outlook preferred.
Ability to operate register and remain on feet for multiple hours; lift up to 30 lbs and climb a ladder as trained.
Strong communication, interpersonal, coaching and team leadership skills.
