Responsibilities
Lead the experience: Manage all aspects within the restaurant, including food production, guest service and experience, and direct crew and manager work.
Plan for success: Proactively lead and manage all people processes, including: Recruiting, hiring and onboarding
Staffing
Performance management
Training, coaching and motivation
Business decisions: Plan for and make critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs.
Food safety: Ensure food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald’s standards of excellence.
Inspire and empower: Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety.
Results oriented: Oversee all operational needs, including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence.
Qualifications
Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume locations.
Background in quick‑service restaurants, hospitality or retail strongly desired.
Must be 18 years or older for manager positions in corporate‑owned restaurants.
Commitment to excellence and safety.
Strong customer service focus and ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to anticipate customer needs and provide solutions in a fast‑paced environment.
