Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a highly skilled team, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring a focus on financial results and customer satisfaction.
Act as a hands-on mentor and coach, engaging with crew members across all positions.
Implement creative strategies for business growth and community engagement.

Qualifications:
4+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry.
Passion for teaching, coaching, and mentoring your team.
Strong commitment to operational excellence and customer service.
ServSafe certification is necessary
