Set against stunning downtown Miami views, guests can experience signature Chef Ramsay dishes including Beef Wellington, Pan-Seared Scallops, Lobster Risotto, and one of Chef Ramsay’s personal favorites, Sticky Toffee Pudding.
Now, we’re looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead the management team at Hell’s Kitchen Miami and help deliver an unforgettable dining experience that is bold, energetic, and unmistakably Chef Ramsay.
The General Manager must have:
The motivation, leadership, and presence to represent the Gordon Ramsay brand and deliver world‑class hospitality standards
Previous experience as a General Manager or senior restaurant leader within a high-volume, upscale or fine-dining restaurant
A proven track record of leading and developing high-performing front-of-house and back-of-house teams
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, labor, food and beverage costs, and overall P&L performance
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering the exceptional food, service, and hospitality standards synonymous with Hell’s Kitchen
A proven ability to recruit, develop, motivate, and retain exceptional talent
A strong and engaging personality, with the confidence and enthusiasm to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written – with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, guests, and key stakeholders
The ability to multitask, make sound business decisions, and effectively manage competing priorities
A genuine passion for hospitality, creating memorable guest experiences, and building a strong restaurant culture
Key Accountabilities:
Lead the overall day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional standards of food, beverage, service, and hospitality
Create an energetic, welcoming, and memorable guest experience that reflects the Gordon Ramsay brand
Lead, inspire, and develop the management team and wider restaurant team to achieve high levels of performance, engagement, loyalty, and retention
Partner closely with the Executive Chef to ensure consistent food quality, presentation, menu execution, and overall kitchen standards
Take ownership of the restaurant’s P&L, driving sales, managing costs, and achieving financial targets
Effectively manage labor and scheduling to meet business needs while maintaining exceptional guest service and team standards
Oversee inventory, purchasing, cost controls, and other operational resources to maximize efficiency and profitability
Ensure full compliance with all Health & Safety, Food Safety, employment, and company standards and requirements
Build strong relationships with guests, team members, senior leadership, vendors, and other key stakeholders
Identify opportunities to improve operational performance, guest satisfaction, team engagement, and profitability
Lead by example and create a culture that reflects the values, energy, and hospitality standards of Gordon Ramsay Restaurants
Champion training and development, ensuring team members have the tools, knowledge, and support needed to succeed
Represent Hell’s Kitchen Miami and Gordon Ramsay Restaurants as a passionate and visible leader within the restaurant and the wider community
