The General Manager plays a crucial role in leading and overseeing operations within the hospitality, manufacturing, and uniform service industries. Responsible for managing a team of 10-50 employees, this position focuses on driving operational efficiency, business growth, and exceptional customer relations. Reporting directly to the CEO, the General Manager will also engage in occasional travel to support strategic priorities and team success.

Lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve organizational goals
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality
Develop and implement business growth strategies
Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service
Required Qualifications
Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience
Excellent communication abilities
Effective problem-solving skills
Bilingual in Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of general management experience
