General Manager – Manchu Wok & Planet Smoothie
Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced food service environment? Manchu Wok and Planet Smoothie are looking for a motivated and dependable General Manager to lead daily store operations, support the team, and help drive business success.
In this role, you will help create a positive workplace, deliver great customer service, and keep the store running smoothly every day.
Responsibilities
Lead and support daily restaurant operations
Hire, onboard, train, and coach team members
Create and manage employee schedules
Monitor inventory, ordering, and product availability
Support sales goals and operational performance
Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and service standards
Build a strong, positive, and dependable team culture
Help ensure customers receive fast, friendly, and quality service
What We’re Looking For
Restaurant, food service, or retail leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
Comfortable working mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Positive attitude and willingness to be hands‑on with the team
