About the Role:
\ NWe're seeking a General Manager to streamline the administrative responsibilities of our marinas;
including revenue management, CapEx initiatives, hiring and training, departmental oversight, controlling expenses, customer service and contract management.
\ N
Responsibilities:
\ N Oversee all aspects of management, including staffing, inventory, and sales performance.
\ N Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
\ N Train, mentor, and supervise staff to enhance their skills in customer service and sales techniques.
\ N Communicate effectivelywith team members to ensure alignment on goals and operational procedures.
\ N Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among staff members.

Qualifications:
\ N 3-5 years marina experience, with at least 1-2 years in management.
\ N Excellent communicationand organizational skills.
\ N Ability to train and develop staff through effective coaching techniques.
\ N Hands-on leader who canmotivate a team and ensure that all functions run smoothly.
\ N Ideal candidates will have Service backgrounds and be focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
