Job description
Serendipity Labs in Los Angeles is seeking a General Manager – Full Time to own P&L across revenue lines and costs, grow Membership and M&E revenue, and deliver an outstanding member experience rooted in hospitality. You will lead the Lab Team, manage local partnerships, and ensure brand standards across all services and events.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years in hospitality leadership with proven P&L experience, strong sales capability, and ability to recruit and develop a high-performing team
