MyEyeDr. is seeking a General Manager to lead an eyecare office in Newport, KY, owning patient experiences, financials, and office operations while partnering with doctors, vendors, and staff to deliver exceptional care.
This role requires some evenings/weekends, reports to the District Manager, and demands a growth-minded leader who can recruit, onboard, coach, and mentor a diverse team to achieve sales and service goals.
