Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a talented team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
Drive sales and profitability through effective business strategies
Recruit, hire, train, and onboard employees
Schedule staff based on labor targets and business volume
Manage profit and loss (P&L) performance
Control labor costs, food costs, and operating expenses
Drive sales growth through promotions and local marketing
Analyze KPIs such as sales, labor %, food variance, and customer metrics
Prepare reports and maintain accurate records
Handle cash management, deposits, and reconciliation
Maintain employee records and payroll coordination
Coordinate maintenance and vendor relationships
Communicate with franchise owners or district managers
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for delivering excellent customer service
Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment
