Job description
Pay: $60,000–$75,000 + Monthly Bonus Program

What You’ll Do
Lead and develop your management and crew team
Manage scheduling, payroll, and daily operations
Maintain food safety and quality standards
Control inventory and restaurant profitability
Coach and motivate your team to succeed
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of leadership experience (restaurant preferred)
Strong communication and team leadership skills
Ability to work a50-hour schedule across dayparts
Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations
Reliable transportation and ability to travel within market if needed
