Bartending Experience Required
Green Bird Golf Simulator, Kitchen & Bar is looking for an experienced, motivated General Manager with a strong bartending background to lead our team and oversee daily operations.
This is a hands-on management position. We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to jump behind the bar, help during a rush, lead by example, and make sure every guest has a great experience.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily bar, kitchen, and golf simulator operations
Lead, train, schedule, and motivate staff
Bartend as needed and assist during busy shifts
Maintain high standards for customer service
Manage opening and closing procedures
Oversee cash handling and POS procedures
