We’re looking for a General Manager who is ready to lead from the front, develop a strong team, create an awesome guest experience, and grow a successful quick-service restaurant.
This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who loves working with people, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and gets excited about building something great. You’ll have the opportunity to make an impact on your team, your guests, your community, and the growth of Wings Over.

What You’ll Do Build a positive, accountable, and high‑performing restaurant culture
Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members
Recognize great performance and provide clear, consistent feedback
Handle employee concerns and conflicts thoughtfully, fairly, and professionally
Create an environment where team members feel supported and know what success looks like
Own the Operation Take ownership of the day‑to‑day performance of your restaurant
Work side by side with your team — frying chicken, greeting guests, solving problems, and modeling Wings Over standards
Manage scheduling and staffing levels to support both the guest experience and business needs
Analyze labor, COGS, inventory, sales, and other performance reports to identify opportunities and improve results
Maintain strong operational standards across both the front and back of house
Ensure food safety, cleanliness, health, and sanitation standards consistently followed
Create Gold Standard Experiences Deliver consistently great food and service
Train and coach your team to create experiences that keep guests coming back
Respond to guest concerns with urgency, empathy, and a solution‑focused mindset
Set the tone for hospitality in your restaurant
Grow the Business Look for opportunities to improve store performance and drive sales
Partner with local organizations, businesses, schools, and community events
Build relationships within the community and help Wings Over become a local favorite
Bring ideas to the table and help turn great ideas into action
Help Us Get Better Embrace change and new ideas
Support the rollout of new programs, systems, and company initiatives
Identify problems early and take action to solve them
Partner with other Wings Over leaders to share ideas, learn from one another, and continue raising the bar
What You Bring to the Table
At least 2 years of management experience
At least 3 years of food service experience, including line‑level or management experience
At least 1 year of fast‑casual or quick‑service restaurant experience
ServSafe Certification required
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
A passion for food, hospitality, and developing people
The ability to confidently manage restaurant operations independently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to appropriately handle confidential and sensitive information
A proactive mindset — you see problems and work toward solutions
A desire to coach, develop, and grow your team
The ability to stay calm, organized, and solution‑focused under pressure
Flexibility and openness to new ideas, processes, and programs
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods
Valid driver’s license and current insurance
Legal authorization to work in the United States
