Maintain product, service, and image standards. Assets in supervision of all phases of production, including:
Hiring and training of personnel at all levels
Scheduling and motivation of personnel
Completion of food service certification
Finished all Domino's required classes
Necessary bookkeeping and complete records
Take good care of customers
Training and enforcement of all policies and procedures
Ongoing training for store personnel
Customer service with product and service in accordance with corporate standards
Maintain high standards of efficiency and productivity in all areas of store operations, including compliance with the company's safety program and other related duties as required.
