Responsibilities and duties include:
Directing a team to properly execute the entire task that goes into successfully serving customers
Meeting and exceeding business goals
Managing all costs
Providing excellent customer service
Providing a safe and secure workplace
Maintaining effective communication skills
Enforcing policies and procedures at all times
Recruiting and hiring exceptional team members
Growing the company through sales building efforts
