General Manufacturing / Production Technician
$19.00 Day Shift | $20.75 Night Shift | Paid Training | Built-In Overtime

TOPS Staffing is hiring Production Technicians for a growing medical manufacturing operation in Clinton, PA. No previous manufacturing experience is required. If you're dependable, hands-on, and willing to learn, you can build a career here.
PAY & SCHEDULE
Day Shift: 6:30 AM - 6:45 PM
Starting Pay: $19.00/hour
Night Shift: 6:30 PM - 6:45 AM
Starting Pay: $20.75/hour — this rate includes $2.00/hour night shift differential
Schedule: 2-2-3 rotating schedule
* Work approximately 15 days per month
* Built-in overtime every other week
* Additional overtime may be available
* 12-hour shifts provide longer stretches of time off
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll operate and monitor automated equipment used to manufacture medical products. This is a hands-on production position where attention to detail and following procedures are important.
* Operate and monitor automated manufacturing equipment
* Load materials and remove finished products
* Monitor equipment and production processes
* Perform routine quality checks
* Identify and report equipment or production issues
* Record production and quality information
* Follow detailed work instructions and manufacturing procedures
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Follow cleanroom and PPE requirements
* Work with your team to meet production and quality goals
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required. Paid training is provided.
We're looking for candidates who are:
* Reliable and dependable
* Willing to learn
* Comfortable working around automated equipment
* Able to follow detailed instructions
* Detail-oriented and quality-focused
* Comfortable working a 12-hour rotating schedule
* Able to work in a cleanroom environment and wear required PPE
* Good communicators and team players
High school diploma or GED required.
