Job description
Meijer is seeking a General Merchandise Department Manager for our East and West Grand Rapids store locations. You will lead a team, drive onboarding, develop talent and manage area operations to maximize sales and productivity.
You will oversee coaching, performance management, and training, while ensuring compliance, budgeting, and a focus on Meijer’s culture in a diverse, inclusive environment. This role requires strong leadership and merchandising acumen.
