Job description
Meijer is hiring a General Merchandise Department Manager for our Grand Rapids stores. You will lead the department team, drive sales, manage budgets, and ensure safe, efficient store operations.
You will coach Lead associates, engage in talent development, and implement process improvements while maintaining exceptional customer service and a culture of inclusion. This role reports to store leadership and demands strong business acumen.
