General ObstetricianGynecologist (OB/GYN)Compensation: $300K - $320K + $30,000 sign-on bonus & $30,000 retention bonus after 1 yearJob Type: Full-time, in-person; combination of clinic, call, and administrative responsibilities (new graduates welcome)Location: Fulton, MarylandWe are seeking a full-time General OB/GYN to join a well-established, physician-led practice. This opportunity is ideal for a compassionate clinician interested in providing comprehensive womens health services within a collaborative, supportive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care across the full scope of practiceManage prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic patientsPerform routine and complex OB/GYN procedures as indicatedParticipate in shared call responsibilities (call split equally among physicians)Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staffMaintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health recordDeliver culturally competent, patient-centered care
