Job description
We are seeking a General or Pediatric Dentist for a locum tenens position in Pocatello, ID. This is an outpatient clinic opportunity serving an underserved pediatric patient population in a well-supported, high-volume practice. Please see below for more information.
Job Responsibilities
Provide 100% pediatric dental care for patients under age 21
Perform pediatric procedures including stainless steel crowns, pulpotomies, fillings, and sealants
Perform both operative dentistry and hygiene checks throughout the day
Manage a high patient volume of approximately 30 patients per day
Qualifications
Active dental license, or willingness to obtain licensure
Active Medicaid Provider ID (or application submitted)
General Dentists must have recent pediatric clinical experience
Comfortable with all pediatric clinical procedures
Working Hours
Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
