$450,000 annual two-year guarantee

A long-established private ENT practice and its sponsoring community hospital offer an exceptional opportunity for a board-certified or board-eligible general otolaryngologist to join—and potentially succeed—a profitable solo practice serving an underserved northeastern Pennsylvania market.
The practice generated approximately $1.6 million in net collections in 2025. Substantial growth potential exists through expanded patient access, increased clinical and surgical availability, and further development of audiology, hearing-related, and other complementary ENT services.
This turnkey opportunity includes:
A 40-year community presence and excellent professional reputation;
An established patient population with immediate clinical volume;
A regional professional network encompassing more than 250 physicians and healthcare providers;
Experienced clinical and administrative personnel;
Audiology and hearing-related services;
Modern clinical and practice infrastructure;
Community-hospital support; and
Significant potential for clinical and financial growth.
The opportunity isanticipated to include hospital-supported guaranteed compensation of $450,000 annually for the first two years, subject to definitive agreements and applicable eligibility and regulatory requirements
