Job Details:
Location: Decatur, TX
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: Varies by assignment. Contact your recruiter for details.
Schedule: 08:00 - 17:00
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly

Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients in various rehab settings, including inpatient rehab, acute, and outpatient rehab.
Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, and physicians to develop and implement treatment plans.
Utilize equipment such as Hoyer lifts, treadmills, ellipticals, and Sci Fit during therapy sessions.
Document patient progress using Meditech Magic and ReDoc/NetHealth electronic medical records.
Provide patient education and support to promote recovery and functional independence.
