As an Out of Hours General Practitioner with Practice Plus Group, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care during evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting patients with urgent medical needs in a fast-paced but rewarding setting.
We are looking for motivated GPs who are passionate about urgent care and eager to contribute to our ongoing mission to provide accessible, safe, and effective healthcare outside regular surgery hours. Our WorcestershireOOH service is spread across the county with sites in; Kidderminster, Redditch,Worcester, Malvern and Evesham. Please see the link below to see the site map.
Our OOH service is open from Monday to Friday and 24 hours over the weekend. We can offer a range of sessions to allow you to flexibly choose the right shift pattern for you.

During my GP training the part which I enjoyed the most was the out-of-hours (OOH) element with Harmoni (which later became Care UK, now the Practice Plus Group). With no administrative tasks, bloods to file, documents to check, it was as close to the acute care as a GP could get. I was very well supported by Practice Plus Group during this time and was able to excel and make a mark.
