Job description
General Production OperatorWe are seeking General Production Operators to join our team in manufacturing wire mesh for various product lines including fencing and decking. You will play a crucial role in feeding the production line and ensuring its smooth operation in a typical industrial environment that is fairly climate controlled.Shifts1st shift: 7:00AM-5:30PM Mon-Thu3rd shift: 8:30PM-7:00AM Mon-ThuWeekend shift: 7:00AM-7:00PM Fri-SunResponsibilitiesFeed the production line to ensure continuous operation.Monitor and maintain the smooth running of the production line.Operate machinery and equipment as required.Utilize mechanical skills for machine operation and maintenance.Essential SkillsExperience in manufacturing environments.Previous experience in a machine operation role.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with machine operation is a plus.Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools such as tape measures.Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.Knowledge of CNC and press brake machines.Why Work Here?Enjoy great benefits including competitive pay and a 401K plan with company matching. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
