We take cotton; and manufacture it into beautiful Blankets and throws that everyone loves to enjoy on a cold winter night. You could find yourself being part of the process, starting as cotton yarn and ending as gorgeous cotton blankets and throws. We have team members that take yarns, pull them and weave them into beautiful fabrics. Other team members add value along the way with decorative stitching, logos, and adding style by fringing the fabrics into artistic hand-twisted fringes. We have open positions to join our manufacturing team responsible for the creation of our premium products.Core Responsibilities:Will vary based on the work area assigned.Most team members are trained in several jobs.Perform quality control functions to ensure the product is meeting expectationsRequired skills:Strong attention to detail, natural curiosity, and drive for accuracy.Needs to be organized, a self-starter, and able to prioritize effectivelyMust be able to be on your feet and work with your handsAbility to lift 35-50 pounds from the floor to waist-high levelQualifications:High School or GED preferred0-3 years experience in a manufacturing environment or production experience preferredGeneral use of MS Office programs including Word and Excel
