Job description
General Production WorkerShift: (1st or 2nd shift) No Interview Needed!Pay: $18-19/hr depending on shift!We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker to join our team on the 1st or 2nd shift, Monday through Thursday. This role offers an opportunity to start with tasks such as adding ingredients or preparing ingredients for food production, and eventually learning every job and rotation within the production of food products at the plant. Attention to detail and quality is essential as you will be assembling, adding ingredients, and checking for quality throughout the process.ResponsibilitiesPat down ingredients or grate cheese as part of the initial production process.Learn and perform every job and rotation in the food production line.Assemble food products by adding ingredients and checking the quality.Maintain attention to detail and ensure high-quality standards are met.Essential SkillsExperience in production, general labor, and food manufacturing.Proficiency in food safety and handling.Ability to operate hand tools and machines.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in food production and packaging.Capability in assembling food products and performing quality checks.Why Work Here?Enjoy the benefits of taking home food and having meals during lunch or breaks. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
