General Production WorkerLocation: Biddeford, MEShift Availability & Pay:1st Shift: $20.00/hour2nd Shift: $22.00/hourJob OverviewWe are seeking motivated and dependable General Production Workers to join our growing aerospace manufacturing team in Biddeford, Maine. In this role, you will assist with the production and assembly of aerospace components in a clean, team-oriented environment. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable performing repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods.ResponsibilitiesAssemble aerospace products and components according to work instructions and specifications.Follow quality standards and production procedures to ensure accurate and consistent results.Perform repetitive assembly and production tasks with attention to detail.Inspect materials and finished products to maintain product quality.Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.Learn and apply new processes and manufacturing techniques as needed.QualificationsRequired SkillsAbility to follow written and verbal instructions.Strong attendance, reliability, and punctuality.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Ability to stand and work on your feet for 8-10 hours per shift.Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and productivity.Why Join Our Team?Starting pay of $20/hour on 1st Shift and $22/hour on 2nd Shift.12 paid holidays annually.Paid company shutdown during the Christmas holiday week.Opportunity for permanent employment after approximately 6 months.Potential for same-day hiring decisions following interviews.Career growth opportunities within the aerospace manufacturing industry.Supportive team environment with opportunities for advancement.Work EnvironmentYou'll work in a bright, modern manufacturing facility with a collaborative and supportive team culture. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
