Job description
General Production WorkerJoin our dynamic Assembly team as a General Production Worker. In this role, you will utilize hand and power tools to build signs or crates for the petroleum industry, ensuring quality from start to finish. This position involves manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and operating on an assembly line.ResponsibilitiesUse hand and power tools such as nail guns and drills.Measure accurately using tape measures.Complete manual labor tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.Work effectively in a team setting to produce high-quality products.Stand for long periods and move around the facility as needed.Contribute to the assembly line process, ensuring efficient production.Essential SkillsProficiency in using hand and power tools.Experience with nail guns, tape measures, and drills.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with team lifts for heavier loads.Minimum of 1 year of general production experience.Capacity to stand for extended hours and work collaboratively within a team.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience operating machinery such as CNC routers and press brakes.Experience in the sign industry.Why Work Here?Enjoy a rewarding career with a company that values growth and development. The environment may be loud, requiring earplugs for certain tasks. Shift options include 1st shift from 6AM-4:30PM Monday to Friday, and 6AM-2:30PM Saturday, and 2nd shift from 4:30PM-3AM Monday to Friday. ExperienceJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delaware, OH.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
