Job description
General Production WorkerLocation: Greenfield, INPay: $21-$23/hrShift: 1st, 2nd & 3rd shiftsKey ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload products from production machines.Push and pull boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.Weigh and package products according to customer specifications.Document materials, batch numbers, and production information.Operate or assist with shot blasting equipment when needed.Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.Required QualificationsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift.Ability to work on your feet for 8 to 12 hours.Experience in general labor, manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments.Ability to work in high-heat conditions.Stable work history with at least one year per position preferred.Strong work ethic and reliability.Preferred QualificationsExperience in heat-treat or heat-intensive environments.Experience operating industrial equipment or production machinery.Previous manufacturing or production experience.Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks in a fast-paced settingThis is a Permanent position based out of Greenfield, IN.The pay range for this position is $ - $ /yr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Internal growth within the company!
