Production WorkerPay: $18-23/hour1st & 2nd shift available (4-10s)Job DescriptionWe are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Production Workers at our manufacturing facility. Normal schedule includes a 1st shift M-TH 5am-3:30pm and 2nd shift M-TH 3:15pm-1:45amResponsibilitiesPack finished products into boxes in a repetitive manner.Use a microscope to insert small pins into products, requiring precision and repetition.Press patch parts to create the final product.Assist with equipment operation in the rubber production process.Essential SkillsPrevious manufacturing or warehouse experience.Previous machine operation or assembly is a plus.Experience in construction or other general labor tasks also will be considered.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Johnstown, OH.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
