Job description
General Production WorkerLocation: Morristown, INPay: up to $23.55/hrShifts:1st- Monday to Friday2nd- 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM or 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, (Monday to Friday)3rd- 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, (Sunday to Thursday)Key ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload molding tools during the production process.Inspect finished rubber products for defects.Count, sort, weigh, and package completed products.Monitor multiple production batches simultaneously.Complete production and quality documentation accurately.Follow quality standards and inspection procedures.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Adhere to all safety policies and PPE requirements.Required QualificationsAbility to stand for the entire shift.Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.Ability to read and understand English.Strong attention to detail and quality awareness.Good communication skills and reliable work history.Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions.Comfortable performing repetitive production tasks.Preferred ExperienceManufacturing or ProductionAssembly Line WorkInspection and Quality ControlPackaging and PackingMaterial HandlingWarehouse OperationsFood ProductionConstructionGeneral LaborJob Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Morristown, IN 46161.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $23.55 - $23.55/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
