General Production WorkerWe are seeking dedicated General Production Workers with a focus on packaging. In this role, you will be involved in various tasks, including shipping and receiving, packaging, assembly, and hanging parts. The parts you handle may weigh between 5 and 20 pounds, with packaging items being 20 pounds or less.Responsibilities:Perform shipping and receiving tasks.Engage in packaging activities.Assemble parts and products.Hang parts for processing.Handle parts weighing between 5 and 20 pounds.Essential Skills:Experience in packaging and assembly.Ability to perform labor-intensive tasks.Capability to lift up to 20 pounds repetitively.Six months of previous work history in any field or industry.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Experience in manufacturing or farming is beneficial.Why Work Here?Join a family-owned business that values a passion for power sports. The role requires standing for the entire shift, and some areas may be dusty. You will work alongside a team of 10 people. The dress code includes jeans, a t-shirt, and steel-toed boots, and protective wear must be worn at all times.Job Type & Location:This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spring Valley, MN.Pay and Benefits:The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $15.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
