General Production WorkerAre you looking for a hands-on role where you can learn valuable manufacturing and machine operation skills? We are seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our production team as a General Production Worker. No specialized RF welding experience is required. We provide training and opportunities to develop skills in machine operation, blueprint reading, quality inspection, and advanced manufacturing processes.This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with production, warehouse, machine operating, or general labor experience who want to build a long-term career in manufacturing.Pay & SchedulePay: $18.50 per hourShift: Monday-Friday, 4:30 AM - 1:00 PMEnjoy a consistent first-shift schedule and have your afternoons free.What You'll DoAs a General Production Worker, you'll play an important role in keeping production running smoothly and efficiently by:Moving, preparing, cutting, inspecting, and packaging materials for productionAssisting with machine operation and daily manufacturing workflowsLearning to safely operate Radio Frequency (RF) welding equipmentReading and following blueprints, work instructions, and production specificationsMonitoring production equipment and reporting any issues or abnormalitiesPerforming quality checks to ensure products meet company standardsMaintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environmentSupporting team members and helping meet daily production goalsWhat We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsExperience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, machine operation, or general laborAbility to perform physical work, including lifting, moving, and handling materialsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityReliable attendance and punctualityAbility to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environmentWillingness to learn new equipment and manufacturing processesPreferred QualificationsPrevious manufacturing experienceExperience operating production machinery or equipmentExposure to welding equipment or RF machineryBlueprint reading experienceJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Whitehall, PA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
