Director of Recruiting @ Orion Talent | Leadership, Staffing, Search Services
Background: Elevator Industry – team is implementing Salesforce as an ERP, so there is a lot of change in the office and throughout the company. Experience leading change management would be helpful; knowledge of the market would be helpful.
Compensation: $130,000 - $160,000 + target incentive 35% based on team and company performance.
Base Pay Range
$130,000 – $160,000 per year

Responsibilities and Experience
Minimum of 5 years previous sales experience and minimum of 2 years Sales Manager experience.
Sales management experience to include: personnel management, experience forecasting, driving results.
Bachelor's degree required.
Valid Driver's license and ability to drive throughout the Bay Area.
Motivated to succeed and able to lead/inspire sales reps.
Detail‑oriented; contract experience; able to drive accountability.
Takes ownership of sales process from a managerial perspective.
Strategic mindset focused on exceeding goals (margins, cancellations, profitability).
Customer focus with an ability to understand the fast‑paced demands of the operations side of the business.
Customer relationship focused, able to build rapport.
