Job Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performance sales team using accountability management principles
Supervise the training, development, discipline, and appraisal of sales consultants and other departmental employees
Maintain and promote customer and owner satisfaction
Review forecasting of unit sales and gross profit
Oversee management of new and used vehicle operations
Job Qualifications
Strong organizational and excellent written/verbal communication skills
Strong ability to multi‑task and juggle multiple items simultaneously
Strong attention to detail
Proven Track Record
High customer satisfaction index (CSI) and sales volume
Long‑term stability in previous employment
Product knowledge
Passion for being involved in deals, not merely an administrator or “numbers” person
