Job description

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 3 months of Meditech experience is preferred.
Requirements:
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Staff, Part-Time, and Per Diem employees currently working at this health system cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Credentials: Both RDMS (AB) or (OB) and RVT (VT) or RVS from CCI are required.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience with vascular, pediatric, general, procedural, and small-parts ultrasound; some OR experience is a plus.
Unit Details: Procedures include abdomen, first- and second-trimester pregnancy studies, biophysical profiles, vascular studies (venous Doppler, arterial, grafts, and segmental pressure testing), biopsies, thoracentesis, paracentesis, testicular studies, NICU neuro sonography of the head, surgical cases, and high-level disinfection for intracavitary probes. Equipment includes GE Logiq e10, Parks Flo Lab, and Trophon2. GE Centricity PACS is used.
Shift & Scheduling: The schedule is Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday. On-call coverage from 11p-7a rotates among 7 sonographers.
Floating Requirements: Must be able to perform both General Ultrasound and Vascular Ultrasound.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
