Job description

Shift: 4:30 PM - 12:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 12 months of travel experience is required.
• 3 months of Epic experience is required.
Requirements:
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • Flu vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Contingent/temp licensure is not accepted.
Required Skills/Experience: Minimum 12 months’ full-time clinical ultrasound experience required.
Required Credentials: Primary Source Verification of licensure/certification is required for application. Graduation from an AMA-accredited Ultrasound Program required.
Unit Details: Performs abdominal, OB/GYN, pediatric, basic vascular, and small-parts ultrasound studies. May perform interventional procedures. Uses PACS and RIS for paperwork and reporting for each patient exam.
Shift & Scheduling: M-F.
Floating Requirements: Rotates within the department, divisions, and all off-site clinics by shifts as required and needed.
14 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
Proof of identification required

• RDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS))
