$150K - $160K + Bonus + Full Benefits

You'll lead a team of Superintendents and foremen. You'll set the standard they work to. You'll decide how crews are deployed, how schedules hold, and how quality gets protected before a client ever has to ask.

Your Role
Own field production across multiple concurrent commercial roofing projects
Lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of Superintendents and foremen
Deploy crews and manage labor to protect schedule and margin
Drive quality control and inspections so work passes first time
Partner with estimating, PM, and service teams on handoffs, manpower, and sequencing
What You Bring
10+ years in commercial roofing, with real low-slope depth (TPO, PVC, EPDM, mod bit)
5+ years leading in the field, ideally with Superintendents or foremen reporting to you
Proven ability to run multiple crews and projects at once without losing control
Command of safety compliance and quality standards
High standards, straight talk, and pride in the work
