Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership, oversight, and mentorship to approximately 17 Superintendents across multiple active projects.

Oversee field execution of a diverse ground-up construction portfolio from preconstruction and mobilization through project completion and turnover.

Monitor subcontractor performance and help ensure adequate manpower and resources are available to maintain project schedules.

Reinforce a strong safety culture and ensure field teams consistently follow company and project safety requirements.

Maintain strong communication among field teams, office leadership, owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.

Help drive projects through punch list, inspections, commissioning, closeout, and successful owner turnover.

Qualifications

Extensive commercial construction experience with a strong emphasis on ground-up projects.

Previous experience as a Senior Superintendent, General Superintendent, or comparable senior field leadership position.

Strong knowledge of the complete construction process, including site development, foundations, structure, building envelope, MEP systems, interiors, commissioning, and closeout.

Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, schedules, contracts, and technical construction documents.

Proven ability to coach, mentor, and hold field leaders accountable.

Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to balance the needs of multiple projects while maintaining visibility and leadership in the field.

Strong relationship‑building skills with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
