Base pay range

The General Superintendent role in the property construction industry involves overseeing daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires excellent leadership skills and a strong background in construction management.
Description
Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities and teams; managing 3-4 project teams concurrently
Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Maintain compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Provide leadership and direction to site personnel and subcontractors.
Monitor project progress and address any issues proactively.
Prepare and submit regular reports on project status.
Ensure effective communication between all project participants.
Profile
10-15 years experience in prior Superintendent role(s)
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities. Internal/external management and communication skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Experience working with project management tools and software.
Job Offer
Competitive base salary ranging from $130,000 to $155,000.
