We’re partnering with a leading national commercial builder seeking a senior-level General Superintendent to lead complex, high-visibility projects in Texas. In this role, you will lead field operations on projects up to or exceeding $1 Billion.This is a key, high-visibility leadership role partnered with and part of the executive team - on site every day - driving culture and accountability.

Ideal background includes:
10+ years of experience running field operations on large‑scale commercial construction experience including healthcare, mission critical, advanced technology and manufacturing, food and beverage, or complex institutional work.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent experience)
OSHA 30‑hour certification; STS‑C preferred
Track record of positive, productive relationships with project team including client, designers and a complex team of subcontractors.
Demonstrated leadership proficiency with scheduling, cost control, and all divisions of work
Proven ability to lead teams, resolve field challenges, and maintain a safety‑first culture
A true passion for leading complex projects and the people who build them
