This successful General Superintendent candidate will be an integral part of our team and will require 10+ years of experience in a self-perform environment, building water and wastewater infrastructure. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape the field culture, build strong teams, and establish a trusted reputation in the region — all while working on complex, meaningful projects that directly impact local communities.
What You’ll Do
Direct all field operations on major water/wastewater treatment and pump station projects
Oversee and mentor field leadership, including Superintendents and Foremen
Partner with Project Managers and Estimators to improve constructability and efficiency
Drive safety, quality, and schedule performance at every phase
Communicate with clients, inspectors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing water infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of excavation/backfill, concrete, and piping/mechanical
Proven leadership skills with a hands-on approach running multiple superintendents, projects, and field personnel
Experience leading $50M+ W/WW projects
Commitment to safety, quality, and team success

Base Salary from $150-175K/yr. DOE + Bonus
