Job description
A not-for-profit, integrated healthcare system in southeastern Massachusetts is adding a General Surgeon. The system provides a wide range of services, including primary care, specialty care, urgent care, and hospital-based treatment through its network of physicians and facilities. With over 150 doctors across multiple locations, it emphasizes coordinated, team-based care and advanced medical technology to improve patient outcomes.
About the Opportunity:
Comprehensive general surgery practice caring for patients across the full breadth of general surgery
Surgical care for both benign and malignant conditions, including Anorectal disease, Hernias, Biliary disease, Melanoma and Colon cancer
Subspecialty in Colorectal Surgery or Endocrine Surgery will be considered
Experience in minimally invasive surgery is desirable
Opportunities to participate in surgery resident and PA education
Opportunities for team leadership and programmatic development
We have the newest DaVinci 5 robot
All qualified candidates will be considered, with preference given to candidates with prior leadership or program development experience
Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery required
