Position: Locum Tenens General Surgeon
Location: Indiana
EMR: Epic
Start Date: January 1, 2027 (Ongoing Coverage)
Credentialing Timeline: ~60 Days
Schedule & Shift Breakdown
Coverage Type: Weekend Call Coverage Only (No Scheduled Outpatient Clinic)
Shift Window: Thursday (7:00 PM) through Monday (7:00 AM) - 88 continuous hours of weekend call per block
Schedule Options: Facility will accept candidates offering either Every Weekend or Every Other Weekend coverage on an ongoing basis
Qualifications & Requirements Board Status: Board Eligible (BE) in General Surgery
Licensure: Active Indiana State Medical License
Certifications: BLS
